Sardis Park

We took a walk around the pond at Sardis Park this afternoon. The aerators help to keep some of the pond from completely freezing.

American Coots were seen paddling in the water and walking on the ice.

Mallards and American Wigeon were seen as well.

Several Domestic Ducks are often seen at the park.

A Great Blue Heron was seen in the distance.

Just as we were leaving two Brown Creepers popped onto the trunk of a tree right beside us.
